HNN Installation

Note: these are instructions for installing the original version of HNN, which is no longer actively-developed, and only made available for scientific reproducibility. If you are reading this, you probably want to be using the actively-developed version, called HNN-Core, which is available here.

This directory contains instructions and files supporting installation of HNN on supported platforms. Click on the link below corresponding to your operating system:

• Windows
• Mac
• Ubuntu
• CentOS

HNN also works on cloud and HPC environments:

• Amazon Web Services
• Oscar (for Brown students, staff, faculty)

If you are running into problems with the instructions given for your machine, we recommend using the VirtualBox VM with HNN pre-installed:
